Aight, so I got a whole buncha tetras to try and use as dithers for my atabapos....well....lets just say it didn't work out quite as nicely as was planned. Perhaps bigger tetras next time are in store....

what about congos, dollars, or odessa barbsI expected them to last longer than one day.....LoL! The diamonds were larger than the pikes mouths....or at least i thought they were...hmm. I did want some silvers, or congos, but the ones I could find were going for $10 a pop....yeah...no touchy....last picture of the tetras...bottom left corner you can see a male emp. tetra....yeah..he was the first to go...was my fav. too...
How big does an Atabapos get? I saw some at my lfs (at least they look like the ones in the pictures, but a lot smaller) for $10. I have a friend who would be interested, but I would like to know how big they get since he doesn't have a large tank.
