First i would do a decent 30% Wc add decent amount of salt ur using a 75 id add half a cup premixed with tank water then add. How long has the tank been running ?did u qt the feeders? How are the gill plates on the Aro are they curled?

Test strips are often very inaccurate, likely unless this is a well established heavily planted tank you will have measurable levels of nitrates. Any update on the arowana?

Rise the temperature as a start..i mean pretty high..about 28-30 Celsius (dont know how it is in US system)
