Difference between Datnoids?

Whats the difference between datnoids: IT, ST, NGT? Just bought my first dat and was wondering what the difference is between the them. Mine has 3 bars on one side and 4 bars on the other side, is he an IT?

How big will he get?

Potentially 18"+ but that's unlikely and would take many years and space to reach. Dats grow somewhat slow and 6' in the first year would be an accomplishment. The older they get, the slower they'll grow.

Just looked at him and he has 4 bars on both sides. Is he still an oddball IT?

If all four bars are even and about the same size it would be a "classic" Indo, if they're different sizes or shapes or numbers it's an "Oddball" Indo. Here's an example:
