If your buying it as a baby [under 5"] then it would be fine in a 75g for quite awhile. A few years down the road you would wanna upgrade though.

the length of the 75g (48") is ok but width wise would be better off with a 24" wide tank once the fish gets bigger. but you can have many years with a 75g.

To the original poster sorry for going off topic. If you want a small rhom then get a 75g. Then when it reaches 12-14 give it a 4x2x2 150g or something
