Difficulty of Keeping Tigrinus

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I called them like 2 weeks ago and asked about it and they said it was gone.
I'll have to go over there I suppose.

Great info guys. I havent seen this thread as I started to just get TSN since I know they have been easy for me to take care of in the past. Lots of great info from everyone. I am thinking I still might look into getting a tig. I just want to have a bigger grow out on hand just in case he cant go with anyone else.

Right, went to St albans MH last weekend and The lince cat is back in one of the sump tanks.
Who ever bought it must have taken it back for what ever reason...

This makes me laugh. If you keep a good tank. And have common sense these fish are no problem. I have 2. And hell my one I had to take out of the tank due to the big one trying to eat it. And I literally set up a 10 gallon tank in 1 night and my little one has been living and eating and growing fine in it!!! People just have no common sense any more. Also Taksan is the go to guy for tigs. Any question he knows and was a great help to me. Only thing I must say is my rigs coloration isn't perfect white and black :(

I am getting my tig here in a week or two. I am excited about it. Honda, thanks for your input. From what I have noticed, cats in general are very easy to keep. I havent lost a fish in 2 years except for a power outage so I am sure I will be fine.
