Dinner time, anyone want Manuelli??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
just wish we got those kind of piranha stock here

yeah I bet it would cost at least a grand to ship from japan and I would insist on a money back guarantee. By any chance did you spot the unlabeled irritans in there for $126?

I could be mistaken ofcourse but:

head and pigments are different but I imagine so is the age and region of these two specimens.

yea I noticed that one too, the head I think could be do age as the one from AS seem to be larger but the pigments are much larger and less in quantity. can very well be a differen region or just different genetics.

I know, piraya with black humeral spot and red eyes. man, I should request for transfer to Japan office...

saw the link on p-fury, figure I'll share it here.

That was my thread I posted there!:)

That is just one website, there are many more with tons of remarkable pics and info. Because they are Japanese based, translations are really difficult to decifer and navigate. The prices seem pretty good but the bigger piranhas are exponentially more expensive compared to what we would pay here. Nevertheless, It is well know in hobbyist circles that Japan for the most part , gets first dibs on most anything coming out of the South America before the wholesalers think about the rest of world and piranhas are no exception.

interesting user name :) same as my bday

hope you don't mind me borrowing your link. the small and mid size piranhas have pretty good price but the large ones are expensive. I guess that's the case everywhere, except in the Amazon :D
