what can live with those frigging cray fish?!?!?! i tried almost everyfish known to man! i tried catfish he ate them i tried angel fish boom gone in the mourning! i tried fancy gold fish! they got chopped in half! i want to add some to my pond but i have a 6inch Blue Channel Cat in there and idk what will happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

crayfish eat fish... it's what they do... anything you keep w/ a crayfish can potentially be a meal. You're best off keeping it in it's own tank. Even the most well fed crayfish ime will take a fish if it can catch it. They are also exceedingly good scavengers and will be on a sick or dying fish very fast.

Yep. I have kept them pretty successfully with big robust fish that they can't catch/kill, but they you have to make sure the fish won't eat the cray especially when he molts.
If you have enough room for a bichir you should get both. Peacock eels don't take up any room. It is nice to have a fish that isn't always out so it' really a treat when they appear. I usually see mine in the morning when my tank lights are still out and he does some spastic dance moves up and down the tank. I love them both.
deff bichir i have one and he is fun to watch he is always playin in the filter and usually come up to the glass when i do around feeding time
