Dinosaur Bichir - What is this?

We noticed this cut (or so I thought) near the tail of our fish. It get bigger and bigger. Now it appears that it has come out of the fish. The thing that was expelled looks like a tad pole, tail and all. What could it be?

I will take one when I get back home. It’s very large compared to its body circumference. If it’s poop, it ripped his/her slit. ? I wonder if it will affect its health?

It will. Hope it’s not some type of Parasitic worm.

No. It’s not moving. It’s green. Almost like a tadpole and it looks like a frog arm. Bichir is laying by it.
