Its been pissing down rain for the past few days plus its a public holiday in China so I haven't made it to the park for pics. the majority of fish in the pond are tilapia but there are some real finds. But as I said most are pretty common types. I will snap some pics in the next few days.
As for the FH he is eating like a champ and his belly is finally filled out. his abrasions are about half healed up. I'm going to keep in QT for at least another couple weeks to make sure he/she is healthy. I have no light on the qt tank now and flash wipes out his color so no update pics. still very happy with him though.

Great topic. It's nice to read about a great save. Glad you like him, I think he looks great too. Keep the updates coming.

She (I'm leaning toward female, thoughts?) is eating like a champ and coloring up nicely. Her abrasions are all but healed up. She has eaten 12 1cm convict fry in the past few days and has grown about a half inch SL in the time I've had her. Not to mention bulked up considerably. Please excuse the pic quality, they are from my phone while holding a flashlight in my other hand.
