Disapearing clown loache

do you have snad in your tank they can burrow
 
that sucks but the thing is this reminds me of the time i lost one of my loaches.. after about a week i decided it must be dead(i looked everywhere.. EVERYWHERE!).. then i pull out my piece of d wood and lord behold.. it happened to somehow lodge itself inside a hole... but any GL on finding you loach

:iagree: I used to have some of those resin decorations in our tank, thought all my CL's where dead, didn't see them for weeks. Normal cleaning I took the decorations out of the tank into a bucket of water, still no CL's....next morning there where 3 cl's swimming in the bucket somehow they wedged themselves into those small crevices..I still don't know how they fit...needless to say no more artifical deco's in my tanks.....
 
found him at last i brought some new light substrate did a change over and whala he was burried under the granite substate so glad i changed over to this light non course stuff should have done it awhile ago, he dosnt look so hot though kind of swimming on a slight lean every nown again maybe i should quarantine him just to let him settle or should i let him settle himself to much moving tanks they dont like do they??
 
Yes loaches are great hiders they can turnup in the most smallest of spot if he's not eel food he'll come around good luck on the search.:headbang2
