it sounds like you do not have enough oxygen but i could be wrong. If you are doing meds for a 200g tank it would be best to take out the discus and isolate them in smaller tanks so they can be treated individually. Could be why your losing 1 and not all of them. For now, if you could i would put them in a smaller tank.
and like JCARDONA said, prazi is used for tapeworms and flatworms which does not sound like the problem you have. So if you are medicating make sure your medicating for the right issue.
