You are in Florida,ever heard of Jack Whatley,does he still operate?
 
As far as I know, Wattley is still in business but ships imports. I don't think they breed at their facility anymore, and I don't think they have for a long time.

There are a few hobbyist breeders right here in Florida who sometimes have discus for sale. You can find them on SimplyDiscus.

He also has a sponsor forum on SimplyDiscus. Scroll down to the Sponsor section and you'll find him listed there. He should have updated price lists and contact info available there.
