It takes 48 hrs for the eggs to hatch. I've never seen bright orange eggs from discus but im not a breeder either. After they hatch they feed off the parents slime coat for the first week or so. Then baby brine shrimp or really gone dried food can be used. They fry can even eat too much of the parents slime coat causing complications. So it's important to implement another source of food after the first week or so. During the first couple days when the fry don't swim the parents will periodically move the fry to keep them safe. The fry stand little chance with those tankmates. A divider can be used or place the discus in a separate tank. They will continue to breed and can breed up to once a week if the previous clutch doesn't survive. It may also take the parents several tries to "get it right".
If you want to have another spawn I would move them to another established tank by themselves.
