Right now in the fish room I have a 400 (66x48x30T) aquarium filled with 8 geophagus and 3 rays. The rays are about 8 inches and the geophagus are from 3-8 inches..
My wife has a 125 with 7 discus and a handful of angles and some other small community fish.
Were wanting to get rid of the 125 but she doesnt want to sell her discus, I already know its probably pushing the tankmate compatibility of discus but would I be able to put her discus in my 400 with the geos and rays? I've seen it done before but not very often.
Food wouldn't be a problem because the discus are on flake and my geophagus wont touch anything but pellets and shrimp so the discus wouldn't have competition eating.
Opinions would be great thanks
