In your 3rd picture from the top going down, I'm sorry to say it looks like that turquoise discus with the yellow eyes is stunted.

Yeah, he's way stunted but, after 3 years and no growth I can't bring myself to cull him. And what an attitude! We call him Little Napoleon!
