Discus - What would you add?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Rasbora's tend to move in quick jerky motions too often. Discus find tetra's to be the most calming of schooling fish due to their idioticly slow moving nature.

If you'd like to discuss it further go take it up with the pro's at simplydiscus.com I'm not just pulling this stuff out of my rear end. It comes from years and years of experience.

The first unknown is a tiger pleco, or L002. The second looks like L168. The third is an L104 clown pleco.

True to an extent. Rasboras are a little to skittish for discus, but they can be kept together. Tetras, especially rummynose and roselines, can be just as skittish.

I agree.

I don't see why harlies along with hengelis and vaterifloris would be prevented from being mixed with but some such as Rasbora boraptensis and Rasbora wilpita are best avoided with their boisterous nature.

thx for the answears, I'm think I'll just leave the tank alone for a few months and see what happen.

Thx for the names

If you go by the 10gal/discus rule. You are stocked or over.

There's less than 70gal of water in your tank and there's already lots of other fish.

windsurfer.
