It would help with parasitic attack only

Very similar a salt bath will also help if it’s flukes will have repeat the food. 4tsp in 1g of water. Let it stay in there for about 10-15min. If the fish looks stressed then replace back into ur main tank.

To me it looks like fluke but not bacterial. Will see how it goes.
