I had that crap happen to me constantly in college. I got to the point to where I would pick a cigarette butt off of the ground and hand it to them.
I am a FIRM believer in people needing to aquire a license to breed. (but thats best saved for another thread)

I once saw someone buy a T-Bone steak with food stamps, then buy cigarettes with cash. At that time I couldn't afford a steak and I had a job! I was so pissed I could have spit on that piece of crap. Poor people should be herded into camps where they can "concentrate" on their education.

now now, to be fair, that's strictly the vast minority. Those are the people taht shouldn't be allowed to breed. But a lot of people/families that are on welfare, etc, genuinly face difficult lives. All government programs are flawed so no bashing welfare because even though it may not work perfectly, the intention to help is still there.

yep and i lived near the public housing and costanly had to look at a pimped jeep parked in front of the guys free house he had at least 50g spent on it
