Write a reasonable, well-thought-out letter to the owner of the store or write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper for publishing. If it makes sense, your newspaper will publish it and your message will be read by your local public. When you storm out of a store yelling and screaming, I think it makes people question your sanity and the point you're trying to make it lost in your bad behavior.
