  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Freeze it and toss it out on trash day. or bury it in the yard/garden
I have many fish in my freezer now! Usually I forget about them out of sight out of mind. I once was cleaning through my freezer organizing for more room and pulled out over a dozen fish I forgot about. Some been in there over year LOL

What I did in the past was Cut it up and feed it to my monsters, freeze them to feed later, or like stated above, plastic bag then trash.

Well my friend decided to cook and eat my 23" RTCxTSN, most end up snacks for local critters, neighbors cats ect. I've burried one fish, my 18" henlei that died, he was so big I don't think he'd even fit in my trashcan lol

did your friend tell you what it taste like?

Way back when, my 9-10" Senegal died, and I buried her. Buried the 28" Ribbon Snake. Other than that, most dead animals - Tree Frogs, Flash Pleco... get tossed onto the garage roof and become food for the local cats and Opossums. Usually if a Frog dies I throw it out along with the substrate from the tank, as the smell of dead Amphibians is unbearable.
