ich is a fun disease yet millions of ways to treat and no one can say 100% yes to a specific cure but I can. QT and observing potential livestock in your LFS ask questions look for other fish in the system that look sick or stressed. This can save you hundred's of dollars and anger. QT new arrivals for 1-2 months treat them with a good QT tanks with a UV sterilizer running on slow so it can have more contact time with the UV and kill all potential parasites, a good heater, PVC pieces for hiding, a regular pc light and a good foam filter let the tank set and add bio-spira to it to get some good de-nitrifying bacteria in there.
