Maybe some Silver dollars or tinfoils.

Hmm maybe something that will grow only to about 5-7" and that could go in schools of 5-7 again. I dont want them to be taking too much room from the tank and remove the eyes away from my show fish.

silver dollars imo are the coolest/best

i have filament barbs. very shiney and they stay a very bright silver, only dull when in the transport bag but thats understandable. if you get a large group of 4+ they will probably show breeding colours, odds are you will have both sexes at 4+, which gives a very bold red on the tail and the black on them gets bolder. always on the move too.

Mine have bred a couple of times in my 265g cichlid tank. I didn't know until I found the babies living and growing up in the overflows lol.

Here's a not so good pic of my pair.

HOW DO ANGELS WORK AS DITHERS?...A SCHOOL OF 6-8?? ( stock: vieja argentea ,

IMO the angels would probably be destroyed eventually. you need something fast and very active.

nice one balton777. mine are just in the getting randy and harrassing the female stage. mine are still young, i havent noticed any sort of egg scatteriong yet, but it might be at night, the fins do go a really good shade of red though. do yours lock lips and peck at each other like they are fighting?
