I conducted a little experiment tonight. I inherited 5 Buenos Aires tetras from my boss about a year ago. I've grown some what angry with their tendency to nip at each other and everything else they were with in my 29, so something needed to be done. I noticed how similar they are to Tin Foil Barbs in appearance, so I added 4 of them to my 125. My dominant O nailed one right off the bat, but the other 3 seem to have bonded with the TFBs, and even school with them. Ditto for my Bala Shark. If you don't mind the occasional fin nipping incident, BATs are a fairly good looking, fast swimming fish that loves to school.
