Dither question??

How much bigger is your male than the female? Why not try the eggcrate divider with a hole cut out in it for just the female to fit through? My SD's are always recovering from either a tail chunk missing or something, hard to find and expensive to do the bigger ones..

He is 8.5-9" she is 6-6.5". i've had them in a 75 with no divider or dithers. they are in a 125 at the moment and when ive had dithers with them, the silver dollars are the only ones that could hang so i put them in 125 with them. i just bought a couple more silvers, so they'll have to grow out. but that one had a huge chunk missing out of his back.. well actually it was most of its back. but it didnt make it anyway.
and im not really worried about the pair so much, the dithers have a purpose in that tank and they are serving it well. But at worse case senario i already have a divider ready.
