I would not keep more then 1 of those cichlids in a 55 and this is why.
I have kept a cyano in a 55 few the last 1.5 years. At first I had a rainbow cichlid a Salvini, and the texas cynao along with dithers 6 tigar barbs and 6 blue gouriams. all were very small. The cyno always bullied the tank even from the day I put him in the tank. As the tank aged he got rid of the cichlids first. He chased each one untill they died. Then the dithers there are now 2 gouriams left. Thru this time I have watched as he needed more a more of the bottom to dig in. He started with one corner and now he has made almost the entire bottom his territory. he digs thruout the entire bottom. I want to get another cichlid but I will not do it in this tank, I i did add another I know The cyano would just chase it till died. I would a pair of the smaller cichlids to a 55. just my 2 cents
