Large Silver Dollars

They would be dead very quickly

yea i have a good sense of humor, although when im lazy at work i like playing nip the fingers with all the small Dovii to grow them into glass bangers i would not advise it with larger fish however haha
or put a fish in a glass bubble, i have never been able to keep any other fish with dovii in tanks period

I introduced a trio of 6" Silver Dollars into a 125g with 4.5" Dovii and a 6" Xingu III pike a couple of months ago. The Dovii is now just about the same size as the SDs at 6.5", and the pike is a little over 7". And although they get chased quite a bit, they've played their role as dithers very well, as the aggression between the Dovii and the Pike are now much less intense as well as fewer and farther between. I anticipate casualties as they start to fill in their spaces a bit more, but that is what theyre their for. I can only comment on my experience, so the above quote doesnt apply to every situation. Try different things and see what works for you. Good luck.

I personally have had Tinfoil Barbs and even Bala Sharks as Dithers-but that requires a tank much larger than 125 gallons
