Dithers for my 100 gal.

I have
100 gal
2 Uaru
1 True parrot
1 blue acara
3 pictus cats

what would be a good Dither fish for these guys? I would like to stick to South american fish.

100g tank.....South Amercain fish........Best dither ..........3 dozen Neon Tetras........

Well I put the fish I had in the tank. 4 Red eye tetras and 3 old Red tail rasorba. They seem to have helped a little to get the Uaru out more.

Not from around there but I use filament barbs and would highly recommend them as dithers if the tetras don't work out.

I've used columbian tetras as dithers when I had my uaru...

full grown columbians are big.. Bigger than any buenos aires tetra I've seen (yet) I've even had full grown columbians in my old cichla grow out tank.. (once cichla were the same length as the columbians, I moved them to another tank).

headstanders should work, but they are fin nippers...
I've had a group of Abramites hyselonotus in with my geos and uaru, but they kept nipping my geos trailers

Silver Dollars are great dithers (and South American). I enjoy mine as much as my cichlids.
