Good to hear these little tackers are doing good.
As small as they are and being in only 10 gallons, i wouldn't use any at all. Many dither fish can be quite nippy and could potentially cause permanent damage to their finnage. Not to mention i'd want every avaliable gallon to ensure the fastest possble growth rate. I take it the reason you are asking is that they are rather shy and residing?... As you know, this is perfectly normal for a Festae of this size, or any other species for that matter. They will become more outgoing as they mature.
