I bought a school of 14 Giant danios, after 6 weeks in QT I moved them upstairs to a tank with a 15" tilapia and started rearing all the fry that they left in my QT tank. I now have a school of about 40 of them in a 125 gallon tank. There are also about a dozen regular danios in there. All get along fine.

Bosemani's are agile. They are an awesome school to have together. My advice is move the bosemans to another tank..... nobody wants to buy 12 dollar feeders :nilly:
I am going to move them my parents 20g long and have them grow out a little more.

Will they school with other rainbows?

You didn't mention in your opening post you wanted them in a tank with Oscars, I would have said don't do it.
He only ate the 2 dollar rainbows. I never feed him live so I guess it was a nice treat for him.

Mine don't. They are in with some turquoise and yellow rainbows. And for reasons I will never understood. They don't all school together :screwy:

Ha, if they only schooled with the giant danios, they would have been fine. Strenth in numbers... Army of one?
