i just bought six giant danios for dithers in my ca/sa tank. lets see how well they work....

What Ca/Sa cichlids do you have in there?

they work really well for me, i have a pair of festae and they dont really bother the danios at all any more.. At first they chased them around but they couldnt catch them so they gave up. Im thinking about adding some more dithers just to add more color and movement to tank

I bought 5 once.. my 7" female dovii killed them all the first night.

I bought 5 tiger barbs and my male dovii killed 4 of them and ate 1 in 3 hours.

I've tried a lot of differnt dithers, only ones that worked for me were big SD's, the rest turned out to be feeders for my pike. He's too fast for everything else.

i have a fh, a loiselli and a lent pike pair, and all 6 giant danios have been eaten, lol, that was a waste of 15 bucks
