Up until now, my tanks have used powerfilters and now they're upgraded to eheim canisters for the big tanks. I now want to purchase a 75gal acrylic and have built-in overflows in them, and a sump/wetdry in my stand. Or at least something more advanced than just a powerfilter/canister running tubes into the tank.

Question is, what's my next step?

When purchasing a 75g acrylic tank, is there anything I should look for specifically? Anything I need to know?

How big of a sump/wetdry do I purchase? And how do I connect it to the overflows?

Anything you guys can tell me just lemme know. Thanks!

I was contemplating two of my choices, a Seaclear acrylic tank with built-in overflows that costs $600, or a Glasscages acrylic tank with built-in overflows for somewhere around $250-300. Is there any much difference between the type of acrylic they use? Is Seaclear acrylic better? It better be great for $600! If they're about the same I would just go with glasscages. Whats you're opinion guys?

The best acrylic is Polycast Spartech, Acrylite GP Cyro and Plexiglas G Atoglas. Ask glasscages which acylic they use and how thick?
