What thickness of glass is recommended specifically for the bottom panel?
What will be the pressure of water on the glass in terms of psi?
That’s at 3’ I honestly think to be safe I wouldn’t go less than 1 1/2” thick glass. That being said my friend had a 450g acrylic completely blow out and that’s 1” acrylic.The glass manufacturer said 1/2 inch can handel 10000 psi of pressure.
To counter bowing, I'll be building an aluminum frame for all sides top and bottom, with virtical and central bracing.
customaquarium.com say they can make it with 1/2 inch tempered.
As for the frooring, the tank will be built and kept outdoors on top of a reinforced concrete slab. May need to a proper foundation.

Three feet Hight will need 1/2 tempered, 4 feet Hight will probably need 3/4 tempered.
