While you are at it you can wire it for a pair of 6 outlet power strips, it will lessen behind the tank clutter. Great job by the way!

So I think I'll have to add at least another 4 outlet.The tank now has 6 feeders in it and a couple of "yabbies" or for those not from Australia "Cheerax Destructor". I moved the Fluval 403 from my established tank and it is now running on this tank along with the fluidised bed filter. The fluval should be properly seeded as its been running on an established tank for at least 2 weeks, I'll keep and eye on water parameters and if all is well in the next couple of days MC will be moved into his new home!
That is an awesome frame I have been searching days for a stand idea. Bro I am going to do the exact frame for my 190g. I was going to use 4 x 4' s for the corner supports, But yours looks just as strong and cheaper. I get 2 x 4's(70mmx30mm) here for $1.80 each.
Although I will be doing the finishing my own way with 1/4" sheets of Oak, and maybe use 3/4" Oak ply on the top for the stand to sit on.

Yeah it works out pretty well with 2x4's, just make sure you screw and glue everything together so that all the joins are super strong
I used nails in some places to hold things whilst I screwed them together.To start the frame(dont have any early pics sorry), I built the base and top part first(remember to make it the width of your tank minus 2 x width of your wood as the wood will be doubled up eventually on the outside. If you p[lan on having a bit of a border strip around the bottom of the tank make it 1/4 - 1/2 an inch wider and longer than the tank. to ensure you have clearance.
Then I added the legs to the outside of the top and bottom, and then added extra support to the inside of the legs, you can see Murphy here modelling the stand at this stage of construction
From there you can pretty much follow the pics I think. Let me know if you need any detailed info
I'm trying to find the time to go and get some glass cut for the baffles in my sump, also cover glasses for the tank. Hopefully later in the week I'll get it all sorted and can start putting the sump together. I have put my Murray Cod into the tank last night, he's sulking in a corner for the moment but looks ok. Still need to build a hood and do the lighting soon too before the plants I'm setting up melt away! I have a flourescent light fixture sitting on top for the moment to keep them happy.
