Looks very professional! i do have a question for you though, do you find your trickle filter particularly noisy?

The problem you get is that with a gravity fed system, flow rates change due to prefilters becoming dirty etc. This changes the water flow dynamics slightly and what was a very quiet system yesterday, may start sucking air today and making strange noises - so you need to adjust things again to quieten it down
At the moment I have it almost silent 80% of the time, just a slight hum from the pump. But the prefilter inside the tank collects debris pretty quickly and flow is reduced within a few days and I have to make adjustments again to prevent things becoming noisy. None of this would be a real problem but the tank is in my bedroom so quiet is a must. I am going to replace the in tank prefilter with a coarse bio foam which hopefully wont clog as easy and will maintain a constant flow better.
Ah, i thought so! At my LFS they seem quiet but the whole shop is humming with pumps air stones etc, and now and agai you get that great gurgle/suck when you let the water get too low! oops!

Sorry to head about that, I would claim.
However I would have suggested an array of LED's (Light emitting diodes) with additional tube fluorescent tubes. low angle LED within a certain spectrum of blue red and white will grow weed. Voltage and current will be greatly reduced saving electricity cost...

I had to thank you for the pics and and idea for the stand. I just finished building a stand for my 180, and I built the frame as shown. I am doing something a little different on the outside of the stand. I can't believe how strong and heavy this stand is. I will post pics sometime in the future.
