those corners arent going to have water even close to them, and the epoxy was actually quite expensive it cost me 150.00 mighty canadian dollars lol. we dont have sweetwater epoxy around here for some reason so i had to buy this cold cure type but when it drys its completly submersible

now i have a question about bracing the tank, i was thinking at work im going to Weld some angle-iron so it would be a pressure fit around the top of the tank and the bottom but i am unsure if this would do the trick, it would be impossible to the pressure to crack the weld but i dont know if it would still bow out on the sides, anyways tell me what you guys think
I think you are going to need the angle-iron around the top and bottom as well as on the vertical corners...

How much roving did you apply and are you going to overlap the corners?

It looks to have bubbles in the corners which could compromise the strength...

Please take some close-ups of the botto, where the sides meet the bottom.

What is holding the plywood together?
Concrete forms have large tie-in bolts that keep the form from spreading apart....

Looks like you are well on your way...

zennzzo, i was thinking the same thing but if i put angle iorn along the verticle edges i am going to have to weld it in place when its on the wood itself and im afraid that its going to burn the wood, it gets extremely hot. also i was thinking of using rebar like they do when they form concrete, but so far i have 1" 1/4 drywall screws 2 inches apart on all the seams. and thier isnt bubbles in the seams i made sure of it, those are actually small drips, i applied silicone today and put in the front window i will have pics up as soon as possible
