this would be city water. dont know the specifics, but im assuming it would have chloramines....

yeah thats another option i was thinking about. so it looks like my two options so far are:fishloaf666;3776959;3776959 said:small pump with a ball valve? do a practive run with the valve and a small pump and have it slowly fill a couple gallon tub. time it to just fill it a gallon and a half in an hour by adjusting the ball valve, when you find that spot mark it on the ball valve so if you decide to turn it off its an easy reference to re-adjust later.
