fallin49er, i like that stand. I just finished making a new design when you posted... pretty simular.

Looks good. I don't think you need those flat angle supports in between the uprights. Just cross brace it in back of the tank and that will be fine. (I actually welded the flatbar supports on the bottom of the stand) But to each his own. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
