I've never worked with metal... I'm sure the (full) costs involved would not make it economical for people outside of your industry...

If you have an electronic copy, I wouldn't mind having it to work with in case I do run into someone that has metal hookups... ;)

look into used pallet racking, the stuff is dirt cheap, stronger, and easier to assemble/dissasemble than unistrut.

My big rack is a pallet rack... 8x4x9ft
 
Thanks everybody, I have used uni-strut for years to me nothing is better, or more reliable, plus this is double strut with the steel feet bolted to concrete slab, also marine plywood, and 2x6's nailed to the studs in the wall, Trust me I can put whatever on these shelves.;)
 
it's a 265gal 7'x2'x2.5', that shelve also has room for any 4' tank and space for a 180 gal , the other shelves fit 2 6' tanks a piece for a total of 7 tanks over 6' in my fish room:)
