im gunna make a diy moss wall with weeping moss YAY! but was wondering should i fill the wall or just patch it and let it grow?
letting it grow will save me money but i have some questions sense it grows downword and "weeps" down should i keep the starter plants 4 or so inchs from the bottom? will it mostly grow down or can i count on it getting to the top how fast will it grow with lets say 3 wats per gal and ferts? no co2 might use excel

ty ty for your answers i like fish .... =D

I'd fill it as much as you can, weeping moss grows pretty slow even with CO2 and ferts. I'd leave a little space at the bottom, but not too much to be safe. Watch out with those ferts though, if you dose too much you'll have a ton of algae covered moss.

ok ty very much

i want a full looking moss java just looks to stringy to me but i want a fast growing moss maby u guys could suggest?
