DIY Overflow and sump

Well heres one single pic of my overflow I built with the help of a former mfk member tonight. I will be working on the sump through out the weekend and maybe next week and will post some pics:)

Looks good. Also looks like another fan of the "Red hot blue glue" from HD. :D Great stuff.

Well, started on the sump today. Didn't really get anything done except for gluing in one piece of acrylic :-\

Here is a little DIY tool I came up with for getting the silicone to go where I want it to.

Haha yea thats what a meant by tube gun thing, my dads got an electric one I'll try and use that.
 
For this job I would use a regular gun.
The power gun maybe to bulking & hard to control the flow.
