You can purchase wads at your local sporting goods store new (for reloading) Not sure if they are clean, might have release agent or some kind of oil on them tho'.. Anyone??
For cutting straws I have an "old school" paper cutter. Like from back when a 14" razor sharp shear/chopping blade was not at all alarming in the classroom. Cuts 20 or so per chop.
