heres pics of the overflow the right pic shows a side view and the left pic is a top view. top view right you can see where i had to silicone from the pacu thrashing, and on the left you can see where i had to silicone a air line tubing to suck out the air in the top of the overflow box to keep the siphon going. the airline hooks to a pump. as for flow rate the pump has no brand name, it is from a pond kit at walmart, the specs are 600 gallons an hour.

Look at the pix...raise your right hand (that would the same side as your straw foot) and read your post again .

well its all done, i just have a couple little things to do. like complete the shims on the over flow box. clean the outside of the tank. i included pics of the complete filtration system, rena filstar xp3 and my broke mans sump. there is another filter on the tank, well its really not a filter. it is a hob with nothing in it, i took everything out. it is used just for the flow of the water.

you can see in the first, third and fourth pic i connected the hosing from the over flow box directly to the sump shelving. the gravel in the top shelve is just to filter out the large debris. i have the xp3 to to the real filtering.

the return pump is 2389 liters an hour.
