DIY sump questions

1/8" glass is easy to cut.. if 1/4" you need practice and dip a little gasoline to the wheel of the glass cutter to make it easier for the wheel to cut..learn that from a glass store... but i doubt you need 1/4" glass for your baffle..good luck on the sump and show pics of it..in my thread for sump i have included pics of the built..

I see. I'll go look at my local hardware store. I don't have any Glass stores near me

Alright well now I'm beginning to start my wet dry sump build, but I am having difficulty figuring out the best design for my needs. I plan on having both plastic media (scrubbies and bio balls) getting flow by a drip system, but after that the water would flow through a ceramic media section. Can someone help me with the design?
