hey bro i was thinking about putting a fish tank on top of my tool box too lol!!!
nice tank set up whered u get the stands and tank?

Any flat surface that can support the weight will have a tank on it! :grinno:

Stands were custom built by a metal fabricator.... not cheap since the price of steel is going up by the minute! He does great work if you need something!

awsome setup. What kind of fish are you planning on keeping in there?

Haven't decided completely yet. One tank will have a community of Central Americans w/ a large Arowana if they can get along. Another will house either a pair of Dovii's or Umbee..... and I'd like to hold the last one open until I catch some sharks in the nearby harbor! A saltwater shark tank.....

Looks good to me. I can PM you my address so you know where to ship my set to :)

It could happen.... for the right price! :naughty:

Okay so I got home today and put the divider in place to see the fit..... and..... it was like a glove! Divider laid in between the slots and was low enough for the suction cup holders to rest in place. Took some more pictures to post since this thread was soooo popular and informative! :screwy: Okay, it wasn't a hit.... sorry fellas, just sharing.

Oh what the heck.... we all like pictures (but not of bare bottom tanks without fish! :irked:) Hopefully someone finds this thread useful when they decide to fabricate some dividers..... Thanks for looking.

It looks decent......that's a given because you made it...can't expect too much from you. One more thing, where did you get that design? I think the The T style is better.

There you go, free BUMP.

J/K, looks good Sean. Your set-up looks clean. I can't wait to see fishes or a mermaid swimming in there.

i think the idea is that the tank is gonna be large enough for him to swim inside in the buff with his firestation compadres or anyone willing to pay watching from the outside. occasionally they would throw in a massivore and he would have to eat it.

yeah it looks clean. you always have a clean set up.

there, can we go back to doing productive work in the office now? :irked:
