I don't think any place specifically does fish, there are genetic testing labs all over the place, you just need to see if they would take a sample from your fish, a scale or poop piece of fin etc

Why Mod?

Why should it be in the hybrid section? Im trying to ask that in the CA/SA section..

SA/CA section need the DNA testing the most. DNA testing benifits both sections or all sections.

Most of this reasearch is done by the hybrid people. They would be able to give you a better answer to your question. Leave it here for a while and see if you get any results. If not I can put it back anytime. I did leave a redirect so both sections can acess it. Shoot me a PM tomarrow and I can put it back for you.

this is the kind of answer Im looking for.. But then after that do they send it out to that one big lab that got the most or all the cichlids DNA???

Now where or what is that place..

I beleive that is a blue texas or Herichthys cyanoguttatus
