do cory cats do a good job?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Cories range from under 2" as adults to a giant called the Hassar that gets almost 10", most are between 2 1/2" and 3", many like to be in shoals and are not happy alone. One I am fond of should be kept in groups of 5 or more and groups of 20 or so are very impressive, it is the skunk cory (Corydoras arcuatus) and gets just over 1 1/2" max. This pic is by Teigler.

mine only get to about 2 inches the petsmart says. they are just albino (some a word lol) cories. i was just wondering if they would eat the food that i posted the link to above.

wow can the skunk cory be found easily in pet shops? if it can im definitley getting 3 of them and keeping them with my albinos. that would look cool. im going to change my white gravel out of the tank for black gravel any tips on how to do this? the black gravel will let my albinos stand out and make the colors on my other fish look better.

will different species of cories school together? for example 3 albino and 3 skunk make a school together? or will they be two seperate schools?

Pretty sure they will. I mean...there is a picture of one on it so why not? But maybe im wrong... just my opinion...
