Do endli bichirs swim actively like senegals?

thank you everyone for the input. I will have to think about this for a while to see whether I really want to add one or two to my tank..For now I will stick to my crazy senegal

When they're small, they can be active. As they get larger, they become more lethargic.

The endli I just got a few weeks ago isn't very active only seen it freely swimming around at night and a couple times during the day. Most of the time it just finds a spot and chills. They still look pretty sweet though especially when they get huuuge.

Yea the reason why I was thinking of getting one was because they look cool and hey get huge. If they do not swim, it will not really fit with my tank atmosphere and I really do not like fish that act like stones. I will keep a close eye though, just in case I find that special one

Like King-el said, each individual endly speciman differs from one another... each has their own personality, preferences, behavior, etc.

I think my endlys are pretty active.
