Do female HRP have orange on side?

Saw this on Aquabid. I dont really see any HRP in it so was wondering.

Female LFS HRP I had didnt have any color in her belly.

My male Rio Danli has the red/orange fins.

Awesome male. That's what I look for in a HRP, colored fins.

I wouldn't call the ones in link HRP.
