do fresh water cleaner fish exist?

Several of the african labeos act as cleaners fo mammals and reptiles, don't know about fish.

I know that a Cleaner Wrasse sets up cleaning stations in reefs, but if you really need a fish to help clean the tank of parasites and what have you, you aren't working hard enough.

I've seen a video of a holistic skin treatment where they put kids with bad skin problems in a pond with loadsa little fish that nibble off all the dead skin. The boy was laughing at being tickled so it must have been freshwater as salt stings like buggery on broken skin!

i used to do that in my friend's pond. He had millions of gambusia, and i would leave my hands or feet in the water, and they would all nibble at it

but scat doesnt absorb food that well, so it sometimes it comes out before it could digest it..

so eating own poo = eating back the same food

eventually it will become waste n it wont eat..
