Do gulpers bite

Okay everytime i try to hand feed my Gulpers. They try to swim next to my hand like theyre trying to eat my hand so i jerk it alway. Are they just Curious and has any one ever been biten and if so does it hurt. Thanks for any infos

They have big mouths but they arent really all that strong, try it and see LOL.

from my experience of keeping catfish they wont try to bite your hand. I've had some huge catfish before and they never tried to bite me. If anything, his first instinct would be to run away.

don't bite. might latch on to your finger trying to pull food away, feels like sandpaper and they quickly let go. pretty fun actually
